Refund policy

Each AG Design piece is one of a kind. If it isn't right for you, you may return it.

 

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in line with EU consumer law. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

 

To start a return, email alexandra@ag-design.ro with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we will refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days.
