Fifteen years of taming leather

AG Design isn't just a leather workshop - it's a space for constant experiment. I set out with a single belief:

Anything you can imagine can take shape under your hands.

On my own

I started alone, guided by curiosity, and in fifteen years I've never repeated a single model - every bag is one of a kind. I've borrowed techniques from other crafts, worked with heat and pressure, and made my own dies. To me, leather isn't just a material - it's a canvas.

Sewn by hand, one stitch at a time

Every seam is sewn by hand using the saddle stitch - two needles, waxed linen thread, one stitch pulled tight at a time. It's slow. It's also the reason these pieces don't come apart in five years like factory-stitched leather does.

One piece, once

I don't run editions. I don't restock. I make a piece, I post it, and when it sells, it's gone - that exact piece will never exist again. This isn't a marketing decision. It's how a one-person studio actually works.

The promise

When you buy an AG Design piece, you're not buying a mass-produced accessory. You're buying fifteen years of innovation, a personal technique, and a promise: yours is the only one in the world.

  • Cut by hand

Every pattern, every panel. The leather decides where the bag begins.

  • Stitched by hand

Saddle stitch with waxed thread - two needles, one stitch at a time. Stronger than any machine seam.

  • Finished by hand

The inside as carefully made as the outside - lined with soft lamb or goat leather.

  • Signed

One piece, posted once. When it sells, it's gone.
