Every piece in the shop is made entirely by me, by hand, from natural leather. When I set the price of a bag, I set it once - for the hours, for the leather, for the work. That is the price. It is not inflated so I can cut it later and call it an offer.
A sale would tell you one of two things: that I asked too much at the start, or that the piece is worth less now. Neither is true. The bag you are looking at is the same as it was yesterday, and the only one of its kind.
One bag. One in the world. For good.
And I have nothing to clear out. When a piece sells, that exact piece is gone. I am not making room for next season's stock, because there is no next season - only the next piece, made when it is ready.

So I won't rush you with a countdown or a last chance. If a piece is right for you, it will be right at full price.
